Our firm, Studio_P2, is an architectural design firm dedicated to exploring the nexus between people and place. As a design firm fully committed to the aforementioned philosophy, we continuously strive, through the rigorous investigation and application of design, to connect people with the built environment. To that end, we treat each individual project with care, meticulously addressing each specific set of challenges in order to provide designs that are functional, safe, beautiful, sustainable, and relevant to its occupants.
Founder Julius G. Perry has been a practicing architect, and in business for himself, for over forty-five years. Formerly known as Julius G. Perry, Architect PC, the firm underwent a transformation with the addition of Mr. Michael Perry; the firm has since become Studio_P2

Julius G. Perry, RA
Founder Julius G. Perry has been a practicing architect, and in business for himself, for over forty-five years.

Michael Perry
Mike is currently a candidate for licensure and has been invaluable to the team by bridging all aspects of the design firm into one cohesive studio.

Eric Easterling, AIA, GA
Eric is integral to the interiors team, infusing his extensive experience in designing interiors for the studio.

Dejan Cvetinovic
Dejan is head of our ancillary design department. He has played an integral part in implementing the additional design divisions.
